4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data under the following legal bases: contract performance (providing the services you sign up for), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), consent (marketing communications and cookies), and legal obligation (compliance requirements).

With employers: When you apply to a role, your GoozProfile is shared with that employer only.
With service providers: Hosting, analytics, and email service providers operating under data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
